How to add videos to a showcase

Once you have created a showcase you can start adding videos that you would like to display together. This article discusses how to add videos to your showcase.

What to know before adding videos to your showcase

Before adding videos to your showcase, please take note of the following:

• On team accounts, Contributors, Contributors+, Admins, and Owners can manage showcases.
• If you add a nonpublic video to your showcase, that video's visibility will depend on the privacy settings of your showcase. See Privacy of videos in showcases for more information. 
• While your videos can’t appear in more than one folder, you can add videos to more than one showcase.
• While there is no limit to the number of videos one can add to a showcase, please note that at this point, it is not possible to custom-sort a showcase with more than 100 videos.
• You cannot transfer videos from one showcase to another. 
• For Enterprise accounts with Workspaces: Videos available for showcases are limited to those uploaded to the Workspace. Learn how to move videos between Workspaces at How to transfer videos between Workspaces.

How to add videos to a showcase

To add a video to a showcase, follow these steps:

From your showcase

1. Open the showcase from your library.
2. Select Add videos in the upper right corner.
   • You can search for videos within your Library as well as select each folder to find videos. 
     
3. Use the checkboxes within the modal window to choose which videos to add to your showcase.
   • If you’d like to add all videos within a folder to a showcase, select the checkbox under Location.
4. Select Add to showcase to save your changes.

From Share modal

1. Navigate to your video’s settings page
   • You can also select the Share button from your Library using the three dots (...). 
2. In the Share panel/modal, select Publish
3. Choose Showcase and a pop-up will appear where you can choose which showcase you’d like to add your video to. 
   

How to add videos to showcases in bulk from my Library

You can add videos individually or in bulk to a showcase. To do so:

1. Navigate to your Library
2. Select the videos in your Library using the checkboxes on the left side of the page.
3. Select Add to showcase at the bottom of the page.
   
4. Choose the specific showcase(s) you’d like to add those videos to. 
5. Select Confirm to save your changes.
