You can manage the content in your showcases to your preference by re-arranging, deleting, or adding more videos. This article discusses how to customize the videos within your showcase.

What to know before customizing videos within a showcase
Before customizing videos within your showcase, take note of the following:
- We don't have a feature that allows for the creation of folders or sub-showcases within showcases.
- It is also not possible to change the order in which your showcases appear on your showcase management page. They are organized by the date they were created.
How to arrange videos within a showcase
To arrange videos within a showcase, follow these steps:
- Open the showcase.
- Select the Layout tab.
- Choose your desired layout, then select the Video grid section.

Under the Content tab, select the arrow icon on the right-side to open the drop-down menu and choose Custom.
- Drag and drop videos to arrange them in the order of your choosing.
You can sort videos by one of the following options in the dropdown menu:
- Title A-Z
- Title Z-A
- Last added to Vimeo
- First added to Vimeo
- Most likes
- Most plays
- Most comments
- Custom
- Last Modified
- First Modified
How to customize my video grid for the featured content layout
You can customize how the video cards appear on your showcase page when using the featured content layout.
- Open your showcase from the library.
- Select the Layout tab.
- Choose the Video grid option.
- Under the Customization tab, you can select the desired options.
- Select Save at the top of the page.
You can customize the following for the video grid display:
- Video cards: You can choose to display the player or only the thumbnail of the videos.
- Grid size: Control the size of the player appearance.
- Video count: Display the number of videos within your showcase.
- Video details: Choose if you’d like to include the video titles, profile pictures, and profile names.
How to remove a video from a showcase
To remove a video from a showcase, follow these steps:
- Open your showcase from the library.
- Select the Layout tab.
- Choose the Video grid option.
- Under the Content tab, select the three dots (...) to open the menu.

Choose Remove.
💡Tip: Removing a video from a showcase won’t remove the video from your library.
How to use bulk actions on showcases
To remove multiple videos from a showcase, follow these steps:
- Open your showcase from the library.
- Select the Layout tab.
- Choose the Video grid option.
- Under the Content tab, use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the page to select multiple videos.
At the bottom of the page, you will see the option to Remove from showcase.
