This feature requires a Pro, Premium, Starter, Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise membership.
As an Owner, Admin, Folder Admin, or Contributor on a team account, you can share videos with your team regardless of their folder permissions. You can also share videos with new team members, which will trigger an email to invite them to your team.

How to share a video with a team member

Select the video you would like to share from your Library and then select the Share button at the top right.
- A new modal will appear with options for sharing, embedding, and changing the privacy settings for your video.
- As an Owner, Admin, Folder Admin, or Contributor on a team account, you can share with any existing team member by entering their name, group, or email address.
- If you're sharing with a new team member, you'll be able to grant them Can view or Can edit access to the resource. The new member may or may not have access based on the video or the folder to which they have access.

Shared videos will appear in the team member’s My videos folder.
⚠️Note: When you invite a new team member using the Share modal they will receive an email with a direct link to the video.
💡Tip: To share multiple videos at the same time, add your team member as an Admin or Contributor.
