You can share your videos with any privacy setting. The following rules apply based on the privacy setting:
- Unlisted: Viewers can watch your video embedded on another website or with the unlisted vimeo.com link.

Password: Viewers can watch your video embedded on another website or the vimeo.com video page after entering the video's password.
- If you are a Basic or Free user, you must upgrade to a paid membership to password-protect your videos.
- Hide from Vimeo: Viewers can watch your video embedded on another website, but the vimeo.com video page will only be visible to you (as the video owner).

Private: Only you (the video owner) and your team members can watch your video embedded on another website or the internal video edit page.
- All other viewers will be prompted to log in, and they will only have access to watch the video if you’ve added them to your team.
- Password (shared via social or embedded): You need to provide the password to your recipients directly.
- Password (shared via the Share button on vimeo.com): The password is included in the email to your chosen recipients.

Anyone at [Company] (Vimeo Enterprise only)
- Anyone who is a member of your organisation and has the link can watch your video after logging in. Viewers don't need to be individually invited — they only need to authenticate with their company account (via SSO or email and password).
- Videos with this setting do not appear in search results or in your teammates' Shared with Me folder until they open the link for the first time
- This setting applies to videos and live events, but not to showcases or other content types.
