You can automatically sync captured information with your email service provider (ESP) on the Marketing tab of your Account Settings page. Note that for information to be synced, users must input their first and last names in the contact form submission fields.

Follow these steps to sync a form:

To connect your Vimeo account with your ESP — Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, or Keap, previously known as Infusionsoft — go to the Connected Apps tab of your Account Settings and click the blue “Connect” button next to its name.
- After accepting the terms, you’ll see a pop-up window where you can log in to your email service provider.
- Once you’ve successfully logged in, select the list (or tag, in the case of Keap) where you want the information captured by Vimeo to be sent, and then click the Sync button.
- Your email service provider is now connected. The Marketing tab of your Account Settings should display the list's name synced with Vimeo.
How to disconnect your email service provider from a contact form
To disconnect your email service provider from Vimeo, hover over the green Connected button and click to disconnect.
