You can configure your live broadcast or webinar to display a playlist of all past streams of that event within the event player. This allows your audience to access all archived streams of that event and watch them within a single player without requiring you to embed each archive’s video manually.
To display the playlist option on your live event player:
- First, create your event or select an event from your library.
- In the left navigation menu, select Player, then Customize Player.
-
A new page will open. Your settings will appear in the left side panel with a preview of your event’s player in the middle of the page. Find the Playlist section in the panel (below Before event settings).
-
Toggle on Playlist. An overlay will appear in the upper left corner of the player.
- If desired, you can also toggle on Autoplay next video to automatically play the next archived stream in the playlist, and Loop playlist to restart the playlist once a viewer reaches the end.
- When you are done configuring your settings, select Save in the upper right corner of the page.
- Viewers can use the arrow buttons in the overlay to navigate between videos from your event. This applies to both your event embed and the player on your event page on vimeo.com.
Alternatively, you could share or embed the individual videos that are automatically saved in your library when an event ends. This works just like sharing any video from your Vimeo account.
⚠️Note: It is not possible to add/remove previous streams from the post-event playlist.
