Team view
Owners and admins of an Enterprise account can control their team members' home page with the Team view button. This appears on the top right corner of the home page, which helps enable or disable content team members see on their home page. If any of the content is turned off by the admin/owner, it disappears from the feed of the entire team.
Setting a featured video
Owners and Admins can set the featured video on the Home page. The Manage video button lets you scroll through the entire library and choose any video or event you want to feature here.
To set a featured video:
-
Click on the Manage video button
- A modal will open allowing you to search among your videos and live events. Select the video or event you want to pin to the top of the home page.
-
When you’ve chosen your content, click on Add video.
💡Tip: Ensure you are logged into your account, otherwise you will not see your team’s homepage.
As team owner or admin, you can preview your featured video/event by navigating to the home page of your enterprise account. If you have set a live event as your featured video, you can navigate to the event settings page by clicking the Manage video button.
If the next event has not yet been scheduled, team admins can also opt to show the latest archived clip on the home page instead of the upcoming scheduled one.
Anyone on the team who clicks on the featured video or live event on the homepage will be brought to the video / live event page. If the home page features an in-progress live event, team members will see a play button across the header that they can click to navigate to the live broadcast. If the event is scheduled for later, they will see the event schedule and status.
The options on the private video / live event page vary depending on the team member’s permission on the video’s folder. Viewers can only comment, whereas Contributors can adjust the video’s settings in addition to commenting. The comment panel includes the ability to leave time-coded notes, video comments, and other review tools.
The featured content shown on the library home page will be available for all team members to view, even if that content is located in a folder that not everyone can access.
Clicking the back arrow in the upper left corner will navigate you to the folder that the video lives in, whereas clicking the team logo will bring you back to the homepage.
Setting a featured folder
Featured folders contain all the pinned videos. Enterprise owners and admins with pinned folders for their teams will appear in this folder.
To create a featured folder:
- Click on Select folders to choose the folder you want to feature
- Click Update.
- The featured folder will then appear on the home page.
Recents widget
Viewers, Contributors, Contributor Plus, Admins, and Owners will see the Recents widget. Videos that have been recently modified will appear in this folder. It is not specific to any individual user, but the videos will be filtered for each user according to their access to the videos. Not every team member will see every recent video.
Analytics widget
This is the data collected from the Analytics dashboard that appears on the home page.
My feed widget
This widget will appear only if the Team admin/owner gives a team member access to it. This is specific to each user. Users will be automatically subscribed to Staff picks and can additionally choose to subscribe to updates from creators or channels of their choice.
Starred folder
Hover on any video or folder to add to the Starred folder by clicking the star icon. The Starred folder appears on the left navigation panel.
