Home page widgets
- The Recents widget shows all the recently modified videos. This widget does not have a sorting option.
- The Analytics widget shows the data collected from the Analytics dashboard

My feed: This feed is specific to each user. Users will be automatically subscribed to Staff picks and can additionally choose to subscribe to updates from creators or channels of their choice.

What’s next: This widget helps individual users choose the most viable next step. For example: make a sample video, upload a video, customize your player, share your video, change your privacy, etc.
⚠️ Note: In some regions, the option to view ‘My Feed’ may not be available.
Other features
- Live events, Analytics, and Showcases appear on the left-side navigation panel. The Live Events folder includes live events and virtual venues.
- Starred folder: Hover on any video or folder to add it to the Starred folder. This folder appears on the left side navigation panel. Up to 25 team folders and a thousand items can be added to the Starred folder.
Managing the library
- You can sort the content in the library by selecting the "Sort by" option in the top right corner. You can filter content by:
- Title, A to Z
- Title, Z to A
- Last modified
- First modified
- Last added
- First added
- Longest
- Shortest
- You can drag and drop videos to move them to a different folder. Folder colors cannot be customized.
- You can customize your folder settings by selecting the three-dot option beside your folder name.
