You can install Livestream Studio on your own Windows or macOS computer to access its production features. This article explains how to download and install the software.

What to know before installing
- Administrator rights: If you are using Windows, you must be logged in as an Admin user to install and run Livestream Studio.
- Internet connection: An active internet connection is required throughout the installation process.
- Hardware units: If you purchased a Livestream Studio hardware product (e.g., HD31, HD51, HD550), the software is already pre-installed on your unit. You do not need to follow these steps.
How to install on Windows
- Download the installation file for Windows from the Livestream Studio download page.
- Open the downloaded .exe file to launch the Livestream Studio Launcher wizard.
- Agree to the license terms and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Select Finish in the wizard.
- The Launcher will automatically open, download the full Studio software, and prompt you to install it via a second installation wizard.
- Follow the prompts to complete the second installation.
- When finished, the most recent version of Livestream Studio will launch automatically.
How to install on macOS
- Download the installation file for Mac from the Livestream Studio download page.
- Open the downloaded .pkg file to launch the installation wizard.
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete the installation.
- Upon completion, Livestream Studio will launch automatically.
