Our team has tested our remote guest feature across a handful of desktop setups. Below is a non-exhaustive list of what we have tested and the extent to which we recommend using these setups, specifically regarding remote guests.
Note that only Vimeo Enterprise users can add up to 10 remote guests; all other users can add up to 5 guests.

Network recommendations
If you intend to have guests join your stream, make sure you are connected to the internet via Ethernet. You should have a download speed of 2.5 Mbps per guest and an upload speed of 6.5 Mbps per guest.
Guests joining your stream should ensure their network speeds are at least 6.5 Mbps upload and 2.5 Mbps download.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of systems we've successfully tested for remote guest capacity, along with some basic Studio features. If you intend to use more resources than what is listed, consider a higher-end CPU and look for a system that supports hardware encoding.
