How to export a video from Adobe Premiere Pro
To export your video:
- Highlight your final sequence in the Premiere Pro timeline.
- Go to File > Export > Media.
- Under Export Settings, set your output format and preset.
- Click the Output Name to choose the file name and destination folder.
- Ensure Export Video and Export Audio are checked.
- Under the Effects tab, confirm your preferred options.
- Under the Video tab, click Match Source.
- Confirm your video settings.
- Under the Audio tab, confirm your audio settings.
- Under the Multiplexer tab, confirm your multiplexer settings.
- Leave the Captions settings as needed.
- At the bottom of the window, select Use Maximum Render Quality.
- Review the estimated file size and ensure you have sufficient upload quota on the Vimeo upload page.
- Once all settings are confirmed, click Export.
After exporting, review your file to ensure the picture and sound quality are correct before uploading to Vimeo.
