How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, visit the Forgot your password? link. Please be aware that you must be logged out of any Vimeo account for this link to function.
To reset your password, enter the email address associated with your Vimeo account. You will then receive a password reset link via email, which you can click to choose a new password. Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
I'm not receiving the password reset email.

If you're unable to access the email address associated with your account, please follow these steps:

What information should I provide to help locate my account?
Locate your account with a charge on your card
If you have a charge on your card from Vimeo, we can use the information from the charge to help find your account. We’ll need the exact amount charged, the date, and the last four digits of the card in question. Never provide your full credit card number in an email.
For Google Play purchases: Go to Google Pay and log in, and then go to the Activity page. The transaction ID should look like this: GPA.1234-5678-1234-56789.
You can send this information to us through the Contact Form, selecting Billing and Membership from the drop-down menu, and then “Unknown Charge/Account Lookup.”
Locate your account with a link to a video
If you have a link to a video that you’re sure is from your account, we can locate your account with this information. Please provide the link to us using this form (note that this link does not work if you are logged into a Vimeo account).
⚠️Note: We are unable to locate an account for you by using a first/last name, a company name, or a domain from an email address without the exact user name (for example, @vimeo.com).
How do I find my Vimeo account's email address if I signed up via a third party?
If you created your Vimeo account using a third-party service like Google, Facebook, or Apple, fill out this form to reach out to our Support team and provide the email address used to log into that third-party service.
If you used the Apple Sign-In feature “Hide my email”, be aware that we only have a randomized email address saved on our end. My account has been deactivated.
If you attempt to log into your account and see a message saying it has been deactivated, it might be that your account has violated Vimeo's Terms of Service and/or Vimeo Guidelines. Search your inbox for a notification email from Vimeo, which would include the reason why your account may have been terminated.
