View your purchase history and invoices
To access your invoices, log in to your Vimeo account and follow these steps:

Open the account dropdown menu in the upper right corner and select Settings
- Go to Billing > Purchases
- Select a year from the dropdown menu on the right
What you’ll see: Each invoice shows your plan details, pricing, and regional VAT/GST information for purchases made after 2026.
Note: Only paid invoices are available for download. Pre-checkout invoices, pro-forma, and quotes are not offered for self-serve plans.
Download or print an invoice
Download invoices directly from your billing settings:
- Go to Settings > Billing > Purchases
- Find the purchase you need and select Download
- The invoice downloads as a PDF to your device
To print: Open the PDF and select Print from your PDF viewer or browser. You can also select Save as PDF to store another copy.
Purchase history from the Vimeo app
Yes, you can view your purchase history—but you’ll need to check it through the platform where you made the purchase.

What happened to receipts?
In 2026, we replaced receipts with itemized invoices to meet global accounting and tax standards across all regions. Invoices provide more detail information than receipts, including a full VAT/GST breakdown where applicable.
Are invoices sent via email?
No. Invoices aren’t included in automated emails. To access your invoices, log in to your Vimeo account and download them from Settings > Billing > Purchases.
Need to fix a billing detail? You can update your billing information in Settings > Billing. If a recent invoice was generated with incorrect information, contact Support for a refund. Then update your billing details and sign up again to generate a correct invoice.
Will the invoice show my business name?
Your invoice displays your Vimeo Account Name by default.
Do invoices support different languages?
Invoices are available in English only.
Invoices do support different currencies and automatically include the applicable tax information (VAT/GST) based on your region.
Enterprise and custom contract customers
If you’re an Enterprise customer or have a custom contract, log in to the invoice payment portal to access your invoices. Your billing process is separate from self-serve plans.
