For annual subscriptions, the fee will be $12 upfront per annual subscriber ($1 x 12 months).

Fees may be incurred if you exceed 100 redeemed coupons or distribute more than 100 screeners.
Subscription (SVOD) fees are not charged for users on a free trial. Subscription promos are generally applied only after the free trial period ends, and the user begins paying the standard subscription fees. This is only different if the user originally signed up through an app. This is because of a restriction in our ability to differentiate between users with paid subscriptions and those on a trial when sign-up occurred via an app.
Enterprise sellers may have different fees depending on their contract terms.
Our fees may vary for products offered in currencies other than USD due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates.
