How do I record videos in the editor?

Users on a paid Vimeo plan can record a maximum of 120 minutes per video. Users on a Free or Basic plan can record a maximum of 30 minutes per video.

Access recording tools while in the editor to directly add a recording to your Timeline. 

To record a video in the editor: 

1. Select the Media button on the left-side toolbar to open the media menu.
2. In the media menu, select the Record button at the right of the Upload button to enter the Record Studio.
   
3. While in the Record Studio, you can set which camera, microphone, and/or screen you'd like to record. You can also choose to turn your camera or microphone on or off during the recording process. You can also write or generate a script to be used in a teleprompter. 
4. Select Start recording to begin your recording. 
5. When you’ve finished your recording, select Stop Recording. 
6. You will be redirected back to the editor with your recording added to the Timeline.
