How do I share and manage videos from the Vimeo mobile apps?

You can share and manage your videos in the Create app for Android and iOS in the Video Options menu.

You can share and manage your videos from the Video Settings menu in the the Vimeo Android app or the Vimeo iOS app.

To share and manage your video from the Create app:  

1. Select My Videos from the home screen of the Create app.
   
2. Select the three dots (•••) at the end of the row of the selected video to open the video options menu.
   

In the video options menu, you can: 

• Share link: Set the privacy settings for your video and select Share link for the direct URL to your video. 
• Share file: Downloads the video file to your mobile device and provides multiple locations where you can share your video file. 
• More share options: Access the embed code for the video, share a review link (for applicable accounts), or directly publish to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. 
• Download: Downloads the video file to your mobile device.
• Edit: Open the video in the Create app editor. 
• Make a copy: Duplicates the video and add it to your account. 
• Analytics: View analytics for your video in the past 30 days based on your account type. Learn more at Analytics: feature access by account type. 
• Settings: Edit the title of the video and select its privacy settings. Learn more about video privacy settings at Manage your video’s privacy settings. 

To share and manage videos from the Vimeo Android app: 

1. From the Home screen of the app, select the video that you would like to share or manage. 
   💡Tip: You can also select Library to select your video. 
2. Select the overflow button for the video (⋮) to open the options menu. The options are:
   • Share: Share the link of the video, the review link, share the video file itself, or publish your video to social media. 
   • Video Settings: Change the name of the video, its privacy setting, or edit the video. 
   • Analytics: View the analytics for your video. 
   • Edit video: Edit your video in the app in the editor. 
   • Save to device: Save your video to your mobile device. 
   • Add to offline playlist 
   • Move to folder: Move your video to another folder on your Vimeo account. 
   • Watch Later
   • Add to showcase
   • Report video: Report a video that you believe violates our Uploading Guidelines or Terms and Conditions.
   • Delete video.

To share and manage videos from the Vimeo iOS app: 

1. From the Home screen of the app, find the video that you would like to share or manage. 
   💡Tip: You can also select Library to select your video. 
2. Select the overflow button for the video (⋯) to open the video settings menu. 

To share videos: 

1. From the video settings menu, select Share. 
   💡Tip: If your video's privacy setting is not publicly viewable by default (ex: Unlisted or Private), a popup menu will let you know. If you would still like to share the video, select Share Anyway. Learn more about video privacy settings at Overview of video privacy settings. 
2. Select from one of the share options:
   • Share Vimeo.com link: Share the link to your video by utilizing Apple's SharePlay, share to another app installed on your phone, copy the URL of your video, or save your video to your device's files or cloud storage. 
   • Share review link: Share your video's review page to collect feedback and securely share rough cuts. Learn more about the video review page at the Video review page.
   • Send video file: Download and share the file for your video over SharePlay, to another app, share the URL of your video file, or save your video file to your device's files or cloud storage.

To manage videos: 

Select from one of the options from the video settings menu:

• Move to folder: Move your video to another folder on your Vimeo account. 
• Add to Showcase
• Save to Camera Roll: Saves your video to the Camera Roll of your iOS device.
• Share: Shares your video in multiple ways and formats. 
• Watch Later
• Save video offline 
• Replace video 
• Edit thumbnail 
• Delete video
