We offer support for adding conversion tracking pixels from services like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or AdWords to your checkout page. A pixel tracks certain events (like when someone makes a purchase through your site, etc); when the events you’re tracking are triggered, the pixel sends the data over to your analytics.
While the pixel is installed on the OTT site, the conversion data (i.e., whether customers took the actions you’re tracking) for each pixel will be viewable on each platform’s end (i.e., the data for your Facebook pixel will be available in your Facebook account.
⚠️Note: If your site is marked 'Made for Kids,' pixels can only be enabled for conversion tracking, not page tracking.
