Where can I find my purchases?
You can access your purchased, rented, or subscribed VOD titles in two ways:
- Direct link: Go to vimeo.com/ondemand/purchases (log in required).

- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select More > Purchases to view all active rentals, subscriptions, and purchases.
How to fix access issues?
If you can’t access a VOD title you bought or rented, review the following possible causes:
Rental period expired
- Rentals are available only during the time listed on the VOD page.
- Vimeo cannot extend rental periods.
- To request an extension, contact the seller directly:
- Log in to Vimeo and open the VOD page.
- Scroll down and click Message.

Logged in to the wrong account
- Purchases are tied to the account used at checkout.
- Log out, then back in with the account you originally used.
