How to watch my purchased On Demand videos

Vimeo On Demand, or VOD, includes videos, series, and films from independent creators. Anything you buy or rent will appear in this section of your account.

The article discusses how to access your Vimeo On Demand (VOD) purchases across multiple devices, including computers, TVs, and mobile devices.

How to find and watch my VOD purchases on a computer

1. To view your VOD purchases on a computer, log in to your Vimeo account in your desktop browser, click on your profile avatar, select More, and then select Purchases.
   

2. Selecting a purchase title will take you to the VOD page to watch the video(s).
3. To switch to full-screen, click the full-screen icon in the lower-right corner of the player.

Can I watch purchased VODs on my TV?

You can cast videos via AirPlay or Chromecast to a TV that supports casting or has a connected casting device from your mobile device or web browser. Read how at How can I cast video via AirPlay or Chromecast? 

If you have an Apple TV running tvOS 18+, you can also use the Vimeo App for Apple TV to watch your on-demand videos. Read more at How do I watch videos on the Apple TV app?

Once you have access to Vimeo on your device, log in to your account, and navigate to your Watch Later queue — any Vimeo On Demand titles you purchase or rent will appear here automatically.

How to watch my video purchases on a phone or tablet

You have two options for viewing purchased videos on your mobile device:    

• Mobile app
  1. Download the Vimeo mobile app to your phone or tablet.
  2. Within the app, log in to Vimeo, then navigate to your Watch Later queue below your profile image in the top right corner, where you’ll find your purchased videos.
  3. You can also find your purchased titles below Purchases in the Library.
• Mobile browser
  1. Open the web browser and navigate to vimeo.com on your phone or tablet.
  2. Log in to Vimeo, tap the “v” icon (in the page's top-left corner).
  3. Choose Watch Later to see all the titles you’ve bought.

Although you cannot download videos from Vimeo to your phone, our mobile app allows you save them for offline viewing.
