This feature requires a Pro, Premium, Starter, Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise membership.
As an Owner, Admin, Folder Admin, or Contributor on a team account (including Enterprise accounts with Workspaces), you can share videos with your team regardless of their folder permissions. You can also share videos with new team members, which will trigger an email to invite them to your team. Viewers can share videos from the video page.

How to share a video with a team member

Select the video you would like to share from your Library and then select Share.
- A new modal will appear on the right side with options for sharing, embedding, and changing the privacy settings for your video.

Select Add people. Add your team member's name or the email of a new team member.
- Choose their permission level from the dropdown menu: Can manage, Can view, or Can comment.
- Check or uncheck the box to decide whether you want to send an email notification to them.
- Click on share.
- As an Owner, Admin, Folder Admin, or Contributor on a team account, you can share with any existing team member by entering their name, group, or email address.

Shared videos will appear in the team member’s Shared with me folder.
⚠️Note: When you invite a new team member using the Share modal they will receive an email with a direct link to the video.
💡Tip: To share multiple videos at the same time, add your team member as an Admin or Contributor.
