How can my viewers change their email addresses?
If your viewers can log in, they can change their email address by clicking the circular-shaped profile icon and selecting Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
They will need to click on Email, and then type in the new email and click Save.

Viewers can edit their billing information by going to the Billing Settings page.
- First, sign in to their account.
- Click the avatar or account link in the top right of the signed-in page.
- Choose Account Settings from the dropdown.
- Choose Billing & subscription from the settings page.
- Choose Payment Method from the options on the page.
- You can now enter your new payment information.

Click Save
Keep in mind, that if they subscribed to another platform, such as iOS, Android, or Roku, they will need to update their payment information through the relevant app store.
