This feature is included with all Vimeo plans.
To apply the same custom embed or viewing settings to multiple videos, you can create a preset under the Videos tab in your Account settings. Video page presets customize the appearance and behavior of the video player and some page elements on Vimeo's video page.

How to create a page preset
- Select your profile icon, then go to Settings and find the Videos section on the left.
- Under videos, select Page presets.
- Select "+ Add new preset".

Name your preset and apply your desired settings for the video page.
- Select the Save button at the bottom of the page. You will have the option to apply your new preset to all your videos by checking the box next to "Also apply to all existing videos".
For Enterprise accounts with Workspaces: Page presets can be configured and managed at the Workspace and Organization levels, with Organization settings having priority. For details, visit "How to edit my Organization’s settings" or "How to edit my Workspace's settings."
How to apply a page preset on the video page
You can apply your new preset to an individual video by following these steps:
- Select your desired video from your library.
- Select the Appearance button on the right panel.
- Select the desired preset from the dropdown.
- Hit the Save button.
How to edit a page preset
If you need to edit an existing preset, select it from Page presets and then Save at the bottom of the page after making any changes.
