To navigate to your support ticket requests:
- Select the question mark (?) symbol in the upper right-hand corner of your Vimeo home page.
- Click on your Vimeo avatar on the top navigation bar and select Requests.
- You can now check your requests under the My requests tab. You can also sort through the Status drop-down on the right side to filter your requests.
