Can I manage my in-app subscription purchase on the Vimeo website?
If you’ve purchased your membership via the Vimeo app, Vimeo Create app, Mevo app, or the Magisto app, you can manage that recurring subscription in the iTunes or App Store (for iOS), or in the Google Play Store (for Android).
You will not be able to manage a subscription purchased via an app on the Vimeo website.
Can I purchase more seats via my mobile app subscription?
No, we only support the initial purchase of one seat via the mobile app. If you need to add multiple seats to your account, you must do so via vimeo.com.
How do I upgrade my in-app subscription purchase?
If you subscribed via a mobile OS app store such as Apple App Store or Google Play, you won’t be able to upgrade to any higher membership tier on Vimeo while that subscription is active.
If you would like to move to a higher membership tier, you will first need to cancel your app subscription in the appropriate app store and wait for your subscription to expire. Then you can return to the Vimeo website to upgrade your account.
If I delete the app, will that cancel my subscription?
Deleting the app that you used to purchase your Vimeo subscription from your mobile device will not cancel your Vimeo subscription with Apple or Google. This must be done directly via the platform you used to purchase.
