What to know before downgrading your subscription
Before you change your plan, please know that downgrades can only happen on or after your account's next renewal date, which you can view on the membership plan page.
Below you’ll find a breakdown of how your access to certain features and storage would change with a downgrade from one paid subscription tier to a lower paid tier.

How do I downgrade my subscription to another paid tier?
- Go to your billing settings.
- Cancel your subscription to disable auto-renewal. Wait for your account to reach its subscription end date.
- Once your account has expired, you can purchase a new plan at the lower tier you want.
Downgrade Enterprise or Custom plan
For Custom and Enterprise Plans, contact your Account Manager, Renewal Manager, or Customer Success Manager to downgrade your subscription.
