How to view my purchase history and receipts from Vimeo
You can find a log of all your purchases from vimeo.com in your Vimeo account settings. To do so:
- Log in to your Vimeo account, open the account dropdown menu in the upper right corner, and select Settings.
 - Select the Billing tab, then Purchases. All your purchases will be listed here.
 - Choose the relevant year from the dropdown menu on the right side.
 - Select Resend.
 - The receipt will be sent directly to your email address associated with your Vimeo account.

How to print or download a PDF of my Vimeo receipts
To print or download a PDF of your receipt, first, follow the steps above to Resend your receipt from your billing settings page and have the receipt emailed to you. After doing that:
- Anywhere in the email, right-click and select View the receipt in a browser.
 - Click Print.
 - Select your printer or Save as PDF.
 - Your receipt will now print or be saved to your system.
 
Can I add custom information to a receipt?
If you need specific information included on your receipt, how to do so depends on whether it's for a past purchase or a future purchase, such as a subscription renewal.

For past purchases:
- The only way to add or adjust information on receipts for past purchases is by contacting Support.
 - In your message, please include the information you’d like to add or adjust on your receipt, exactly as you’d like it to appear. A member of our team will follow up with you as soon as possible.

For future purchases: 
- If you require a custom billing address or VAT ID to be included on your invoices for future purchases, you can either:
- Select Add VAT ID on the checkout page during your initial purchase or,
 - Go to the Payment methods section of your account settings and select Add VAT ID before your subscription renews. This will include the VAT ID and billing address on all future receipts.

Can I see my purchase history and receipts if I purchased via the Vimeo app?
Yes, but you must use the platform you purchased from to see your order history and receipts:
