Name your Hotspot
You can name all your hotspots. The naming of the hotspots will help you manage your hotspots and identify individual interactions on your hotspots and track their analytics in your metrics.
Note: Your hotspot will be automatically named uniquely, but you can always change them as per your choice or requirements.
Start and end time of your hotspot
If you have chosen static hotspots, you can set the time for their appearance and disappearance in your video.
You can either set the start and end times from the settings panel or drag the in and out points on the timeline.
Hotspot Action Overlays
- Select Open overlay as your hotspot action to display a customizable presentation layer when the viewer taps on the hotspot.
- Click Create overlay to enter the overlay editor to start creating your own overlays.
- You can decide if the video should pause when this hotspot is clicked.
Jump to a time in a video
Select Jump to a time in the video to directly send your viewer to a specific time in the video.
Manually enter the jump to time in the hotspot settings panel, or drag the tail of the flowline on the timeline to the desired frame.
Clickout to URL
Select Clickout to URL to redirect your viewers to another webpage.
Add a URL.
Choose whether the action opens a new browser tab or replaces the current one. You can also append the UTM source for the webpage analytics.
