Whether you are displaying an overlay or triggering an event when the viewer selects a hotspot, you can designate whether the video should pause or whether the video should continue to play.
The pause setting can be set in the hotspot settings panel.
To set the pause settings for a hotspot:
- Select the hotspot in your video (or create a new hotspot).
- This will open the hotspot settings panel in the editor.
- This will open the hotspot settings panel in the editor.
- In the hotspot settings panel, scroll to Pause Video.
- Toggle the selection to either pause the video when a hotspot is selected or allow the video to keep playing when the hotspot is selected.
💡Tip: Currently, you cannot set the pause setting for all hotspots in the video within a single menu selection. You will need to apply the pause setting preference to each hotspot individually in the editor.
