Live streaming lets you share moments in real-time, build excitement, and interact with your viewers like never before. To stream on OTT, first connect your Vimeo.com and Vimeo OTT accounts. With a Vimeo account enabled for live streaming, you can broadcast live events directly to your Vimeo OTT audience and monetize them through subscriptions, one-time purchases, or both.
⚠️Note: To stream live events, you need a Vimeo OTT Enterprise plan with live streaming enabled and a Premium, Advanced, or Enterprise Vimeo.com account. Contact Vimeo OTT Sales or your Account Manager to add live streaming capabilities to your site. 
To create a live stream:

Log into your Vimeo OTT admin for your project and click Content > Vimeo Events
- If you do not see the Vimeo Events option, you have not connected a Vimeo.com account to your OTT account, so you should follow the instructions outlined here.

Click the blue New+ button in the upper left corner of this page and click Vimeo Events from the dropdown menu that appears.

A popup will appear with fields to create your Vimeo Event
 
- Title - The title that will be displayed for this live event
 - Scheduled Event - Click this button to set a date and time for the event to begin. Note the date and time are for appearance only; no matter what date and time you enter, your event won't go live until you start going live from your encoder.
 - 
Production mode
- 
Stream with RTMP
- Select this option to connect an external video encoder such as Open Broadcaster Software (OBS), Wirecast, XSplit Broadcaster, & Livestream Studio
 
 - 
Stream through your Browser
- Select this option to stream directly from Vimeo’s browser based production studio
 
 - End of stream behavior
- If you select this when your event ends, the VOD of your just concluded event will appear on the live event page so viewers can watch on demand.
 - If you are only running a one-time event and don’t plan on re-streaming this event, you should select this option.
 - 
If not selected, when your event ends, the event thumbnail will appear on the live event page and you will be ready to stream your next event.

 - Click Create to go to the Live Event Details page.
