“Engagement tools are not available here because of privacy”
If your viewers report that they see the error message “Engagement tools are not available here because of privacy” after selecting the chat icon on your event, then they do not have access to chat. To fix this, you need to do one of the following:

Change the event's privacy settings by going to the event page > Settings > Privacy.
- If the event needs to be private, ensure that your team members have access to the folder the event is in.
“Interactivity will appear when added to the event”
If your audience sees the message “Interactivity will appear when added to the event”, you have to turn on chat from the event settings page or by clicking Turn on under the Audience tab on the right side of the web-based production tool. This will make the chat available for your audience during your event.
