How to manage team member content permissions

This feature requires an Enterprise plan on Vimeo.

On the team management page, account Owners and Admins have visibility into specific folder and content permissions for each team member. Follow the steps below to access this feature:

1. Log into your Vimeo account and navigate to the team management page.
2. Select the options menu (…) to the right of the team member role dropdown menu. 
   
3. Select View team member’s access to see which folders and content the team member has access to.
4. On the next page, you will see a list of folders and videos that have been shared with the team member. Select the options menu (…) next to any item on the list to manage permissions.
