How to audit your team members' content access

This feature requires a paid plan.

Using the View access feature, you can audit the content and permissions that a team member has access to for both the Team library and My library. From this view, Owners and Admins can click into the specific resource to execute management actions including: changing access grants, moving content, deleting content, and modifying the data (title, description, tags).

Follow the steps below to access and use this feature:

1. Log into your Vimeo account and navigate to the team management page.
2. Select the options menu (…) to the right of the team member role dropdown menu. 
   
3. Select View access to see which folders and content the team member has access to.
   
4. The View access page will default you to audit the user’s Team library access. Hover next to any item to Manage the resource.
5. The View access page also contains a tab for My library where you can audit the user’s My library contents. Hover next to any item to Manage the resource.
