The number of team members you can add to your account depends on which plan you purchased and, in some cases, how many seats you have purchased for your plan. See the table below for how many seats are available with each plan type:

The number of team members you can invite to a Starter, Standard, and Advanced plan is determined by the number of seats you purchase at checkout. You can always purchase more seats from your billing settings page (note that you can add team members as Viewers at no extra cost, but they do count toward your 200-seat limit).

⚠️Note for Enterprise Accounts: If you enable SSO on your Vimeo account, you can use SAML or SCIM to add and remove individual team members as well as groups. If you don’t have SSO and/or SCIM configured, contact your account manager for more information.
What is a paid seat?
A paid seat refers to an individual seat on a Starter, Standard, or Advanced account that you can assign to someone on your team who will be actively working on your Vimeo account. Specifically, Contributor and Admin roles count as paid seats.
While Viewers can be added at no additional charge, they do count towards your account's total seat limit.
Note that these seats can be purchased either during checkout when you first purchase your plan, or later on as needed from your billing settings page.
