How to join a team
Follow these steps to accept an invitation to join a team:
- Once you have been invited to join a team, you will receive an email from Vimeo with a message from the account owner or admin who invited you. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received the invite in your inbox.

Select Get started to be redirected to Vimeo.com. You will need to create an account if you have not done so already. Once you are logged in, you can see the team name in the main menu in the upper right corner below the profile avatar
What if I am unable to join a team?
If you are having trouble accepting the invite, reach out to the team owner or admin to verify which email address should be used for the team account. They may need to re-invite you to the team if there is an error.
