As a team Contributor, Admin, or Owner, you can share and manage access to content within your library, making collaborating with teammates easier than ever. You must have can manage or can edit permission on the resource to share it.
If you want to get feedback on your content from individuals outside of your Vimeo team, you can create a review link for either your folder or an individual video.

How to share a video with a team member
You can share a video directly with your team members if you have can edit permission on the video. Further, you can manage access on an ongoing basis by modifying team members' resource permissions or revoking access.

Select the video you would like to share from your library and then select the Share button at the top right.

A panel will appear on the right side with options for sharing, embedding, and changing the privacy settings for the video. Select Add people to give access to a team member.
- You can share the video with an existing team member by entering their name or email address. Begin typing to find the team member and select them from the dropdown.
- Once you have selected the team member, you have the option to send them an email notification and add a message.
- Select Send invite to share the video. The recipient will be notified of the shared video via the activity bell on their Vimeo homepage.
- You can also use the Copy link button on the bottom right to get the link to the folder to share with an existing member of your team.
How to share a folder with a team member
You can share a folder directly with your team members if you have can manage or can edit permissions on the folder. Further, you can manage access on an ongoing basis by modifying team member's resource permissions or revoking access.
You will not be able to directly share folders or govern access if you only have can view access.

From your team library, hover next to the folder name you would like to share to open the options menu (...).

Select Share from the dropdown menu to open the Share modal.
- You can share the folder with an existing team member by entering their name or email address. Begin typing to find the team member and select them from the dropdown.

- After adding your team member(s), you can also use the Copy link button in the bottom right corner to share the folder link with them.
How to share multiple folders with a team member
Account owners and admins on any paid plan can invite team members to multiple folders simultaneously. Follow the steps below to add a team member to folders in bulk:
- On the Team Management page, locate the team member you would like to add to an existing folder.
- Select the options (…) menu next to the team member’s name and then select Share folders from the dropdown menu.
- A new modal will appear listing your folders. You may also search your Library for folders here.
- Select the checkboxes next to the relevant folder names.
- You may choose to edit the team member’s permission for the selected folder(s) by using the dropdown menu to the right of the search bar.
- Select the blue Share button on the bottom right to share the folders.
