Once you claim your company’s domain with SSO or provision all your employees with SCIM, you may find that you have many users who already had accounts on Vimeo
Here is what they can expect:
- The next time they log in, they will use SSO
- They will not lose any of their existing Vimeo content. Their content will continue to be stored in their Vimeo account and they can use the team switcher to switch between both accounts.
We recommend you migrate their content so it can be centrally managed with your Enterprise account as well. If you want to migrate their content, reach out to your Account Manager to request a content migration.
