What is a subscription downgrade?
Subscription downgrading is a process that allows you to have a seamless transition from your current subscription into a lower tier of paid service when your renewal date arrives.
Scheduling a downgrade is an option for users who have had their service needs change and want to ensure that they don't encounter a lapse in their subscription.
How do I downgrade my subscription to another paid tier?
If you would like to schedule a downgrade to another paid tier of service, please reach out to Support via our contact form so that we can schedule it for you. Please note that downgrades cannot be scheduled within 24 hours of your renewal.
It is not possible to schedule a downgrade to another paid tier of service through your own Account Settings page, so please reach out to us for assistance.

How do I downgrade my account to the free tier?
Downgrading your subscription to our Free tier does not require you to reach out to Support. You can do this by canceling your account.
Please note that once your account lapses to Free, your account will be subject to our lapse rules as outlined here.
Can I downgrade my subscription early and receive a refund?
Downgrades can only be scheduled to occur on your account's next renewal date, which you can view on the Membership Plan page.
Please check our refunds article to confirm if you are eligible for a refund. If your purchase is eligible for a refund, you may request it through our contact form.
