This article explains how to access and customize the Brand Kit when using the video editor. This allows you to add logos and colors to your video, as well as the necessary permissions |for different team members.
The Brand Kit is available in both the desktop and mobile editors.

What permissions are required to access the Brand Kit?
- If you are on a per-seat pricing plan, the Brand Kit is available with a Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise plan.
- If you purchased your membership via vimeo.com or the Vimeo mobile apps, the Brand Kit is available with the Business or Premium plans.
In addition, Brand Kit permissions are based on which type of team member is working on the Brand Kit:

How do I access the Brand Kit?
You can access the Brand Kit in various locations, depending on whether you are creating or editing your video.
To access the Brand Kit in the editor:
- Select your video.
- Click on the Edit option.
- Select Brand.
To access the Brand Kit in the mobile app:
You can access the Brand Kit in the mobile app's editor.
- Select your video.
- Select the Brand button from the editor ribbon, located below the timeline.
Customizing the Brand Kit
The features that you can customize in the Brand Kit include:

Logo: Upload and set your brand's logo.
- Supported file formats include JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, and PNG.
- Currently, a GIF file renders as a still image.
- Switching the toggle next to the Logo in the Brand Kit menu will apply your logo to all scenes in the video.

Colors: Select the color palette that represents your brand. Set the Primary, Secondary, and Text colors for your brand by using the color picker or by entering the hex code for that color.
- Primary colors: Scene background and larger graphics.
- Secondary colors: Media and text background.
- Text: Color of text added.

Font: Select the font for your brand from a vast library of fonts.
💡Tip: Standard, Advanced, Business, Premium, and Enterprise accounts can upload custom fonts. Customizing the Brand Kit will apply the settings to your account. For example, if you customize the Brand Kit in the desktop editor, the settings will display in the Brand Kit within the mobile app.
