Creating a venue requires an Enterprise account with the Events add-on.
You can view analytics within your venue to learn more about attendee engagement and activity.

View your venue analytics
Follow these steps to access your venue analytics:
- Select the house icon at the top right corner to go to Venue settings.
- Select Analytics towards the bottom of the settings panel.

On the Analytics panel, you will see the following metrics:

Total registrants
- Number of people who registered for your venue, either in advance or directly before entering

Total attendees
- Number of people who entered your venue

Turnout
- Percentage of registrants that attended your venue

Peak attendance
- Maximum number of attendees active at the same time

Average time spent
- Average time spent at your venue per attendee represented in hours, minutes, and seconds

Total registrants
- These analytics will be saved on your venue for future reference.
Download the CSV report of user data
To download the report for your user data:
- Inside Venues, click on Settings in the top right corner
- Select Venue settings from the dropdown
- From within Venue settings, click on Attendee management
- Click on the download button in the top right corner to download your CSV report
The report will contain the details of your users' names, email, registration dates, location, and attendance.
