Creating a venue requires an Enterprise account with the Events add-on.
You can increase viewer engagement during your virtual events by hosting Live Q&A sessions directly in your venue space.
Live Q&A allows you to accept questions, have viewers vote to order questions based on popularity, publish the questions to the venue, and ultimately answer them live. Managing and moderating your Q&A works the same way in your venue space as it does for other event types.
Control the visibility of the Q&A tool for event attendees:
- To show the Q&A tool: Click Show in the top right corner of the widget.
- To hide the Q&A tool: Click Hide in the top right corner of the widget.
Adding Q&A to a venue
Once you have set up your virtual venue, you can create a Q&A tab by following the steps below:
- In the action toolbar, click the 3 dots to get more options.

Select Widgets to find the option to create Q&A.

In the Q&A menu, you can select whether you want to Moderate questions (select which questions are shown to viewers) and/or Allow anonymous questions (give viewers the option to hide their names).

Select Start Q&A to begin your Q&A session.
💡Tip: You can also select Export questions to export the questions from your Q&A session to a .csv file.
