Recommended workflow
- Connect the program output from the video switcher, like cameras, slides, video playback, etc., into a laptop that is running venues via a USB capture card.
 - Select the capture card as the camera source in venues.
 - Connect the audio through a USB audio interface into your laptop which is running venues.
 - Select a USB audio interface as the audio source in venues.
- This allows you to do a natural mix-minus when back-and-forth talking occurs between the speakers in the room and venue participants.
 - Use a headphone out (⅛ inch) using ⅛ inch to XLR adapter as the venue audio output. Connect the audio output to the master audio mixer that is mixing microphones and playback audio.
 - Using a mix-minus from the master audio mixer, connect the venue participant’s audio to the house public address (PA) system so that in-room speakers can hear other participants in the venues without hearing themselves.
 - Using a mix-minus from the master audio mixer, connect the in-room audio to your laptop (presenting venues) so that the participants in the venues can hear in-room audio without hearing themselves.
