You will be alerted if your payment for AI credits fails.
You can update your payment method, which will automatically retry the payment request again.
You cannot purchase additional AI credits if your payment continues to fail.

- The amount of credits that you were attempting to purchase.
- When you were attempting to purchase them.
- Any additional error messages or screenshots that will help Support troubleshoot your issue.
