If you share your folder with viewers outside of your team and they are not able to see the videos you’ve added to the folder, you’ll most likely need to adjust your Review Page privacy settings or check the video settings.
Why are the videos missing?
These are the most common reasons your viewers may not see the videos within the folder:
- Privacy settings of videos within the folder: If the video privacy is set to Private or Hide from Vimeo, those videos will not be viewable within that folder.
- Review page privacy: If the video review page privacy is set to ‘Team Only’, the videos within the folder won’t be viewable for those not given team member access.
How to make the videos viewable
To make the videos viewable externally, be sure to set the review page privacy to ‘Everyone’. Also, be sure to check your videos’ privacy.
