The Anyone at [Company] with the link privacy setting lets you share a video with everyone in your organisation using a single link — without needing to invite each person individually.
This setting is available to Vimeo Enterprise customers. It applies to videos and live events — it is not available for showcases or other content types.
How it works
When you set a video to Anyone at [Company] with the link:
- Any colleague who opens the link is prompted to log in with their company account (via SSO or email and password).
- Once they're logged in, they can watch the video immediately — no additional steps required.
- The video does not appear in search results, and does not appear in your colleagues' Shared with Me folder until they open the link. After that, it appears in both Shared with Me and Recents.
How it's different from other privacy settings
| Setting | Who can watch | Requires login |
|---|---|---|
| Public | Anyone | No |
| Unlisted | Anyone with the link | No |
| Anyone at [Company] with the link | Anyone at your company with the link | Yes — company account |
| Private | You and your team members only | Yes — Vimeo account |
The key difference between Anyone at [Company] with the link and Unlisted is security. With Unlisted, anyone who has the URL can watch the video without logging in. With Anyone at [Company] with the link, viewers must authenticate with a verified company account before watching.
How to use this setting
- Open your video's settings and go to Privacy.
- Select Anyone at [Company] with the link.
- Select Save.
- Copy the video link from the Share modal and send it to your colleagues.
