How to change my video’s privacy
You can edit the privacy settings for each video by following the steps below.
- Log in to Vimeo and navigate to your Library.
- Select your video to open the video settings page.

On the upper right-hand of the page, select the Share button.

A new modal will open on the right side. Select the drop-down arrow next to the current privacy setting under Privacy.
- Select the desired privacy setting. The selection will save automatically.

You can also change your privacy settings from the Video library by clicking on the (...) dots from your selected video and then choosing Share. This will also open up the modal to change your privacy settings.
💡Tip: You can also set your video's viewing privacy before uploading.
How to edit privacy settings in bulk
You can follow these steps to edit the privacy settings of multiple videos at a time.
- Go to your Library to find the video(s) you would like to edit. Note that you cannot change privacy settings for VODs or Vimeo Stock.
- To select a video, check the box on the left side of its thumbnail/row (depending on whether you are in grid-view or list-view).
- Then, select Privacy.
- Choose your desired privacy settings and then Save.
