For Enterprise Users with Workspaces: These settings can be managed by a Workspace Administrator for the specific Workspace or an Organization Administrator for the Organization. The Organization's settings will take precedence.

How to join a team or Workspace
Follow these steps to accept an invitation to join a team or Workspace:
- Once you have been invited to join a team or Workspace, you will receive an email from Vimeo with a message from the account owner or admin who invited you. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received the invite in your inbox.
Select Get started to be redirected to Vimeo.com. If you haven't already created an account, you will be prompted to do so.
After you're logged in/created an account, you will be directly taken to your team's library.
These same steps apply when accepting an invite for folder or video access.
What if I am unable to join a team or Workspace?
If you are having trouble accepting the invite, reach out to the team owner or admin to verify which email address should be used for the team account. They may need to re-invite you to the team or Workspace if there is an error.
