Will my subscription renew automatically?
By default, your membership renews automatically on the renewal date listed on your billing settings page unless you cancel automatic renewals before your renewal date.

If your subscription automatically renews and this was not your intention, you can request a refund as long as the charge was taken within 30 days (for annual plans) or 5 days (for monthly plans).

Why did my subscription not auto-renew when I enabled auto-renew?
If you have enabled the automatic renewal of your subscription, the payment method provided must be up to date to charge successfully. For example, we will not be able to charge an expired payment method. As a first step, please ensure your payment method details are correct.
If you’re having issues with the transaction, it’s always best to contact your bank or card issuer for more information.
If you are updating your payment method, our system will charge you immediately for a renewal.
Can I upgrade to a higher membership tier?

Will I be credited for an active previous purchase if I upgrade to a higher tier?
We automatically prorate your purchase when you upgrade to a higher subscription tier.
Example: if you're halfway through your annual Standard subscription and want to upgrade to the Advanced plan, we would apply what you’ve already paid for the remaining half of your Standard subscription towards the cost of your Advanced subscription.
In this case, you would have a year of Advanced membership starting from the date your account was upgraded.
