Creating a venue requires an Enterprise account with the Events add-on.
Creating a schedule and agenda for your virtual venue event informs your attendees when your event is, controls when your venue is open or closed, and communicates what the event is about.

Create and edit your venue event's schedule
When you create your virtual venue, by default it is open to attendees with no set date or time. While it is not required to configure a schedule, doing so will control when your audience can enter the venue.
To create and edit your venue's schedule:
- Select the settings icon in the upper right corner of your venue to open the Venue settings panel.
- Select Schedule.
- Set your start date and time. This is when your venue doors will open.
- Set your end date and time. This is when your venue doors will close and all attendees will be automatically directed to the venue cover page.
- Set your local time zone. This is scheduling purposes. Attendees will see your event time in their local time zones.
- Configure whether this is a recurring event and set the event frequency.
- Configure whether designated speakers can enter the venue even if the doors are closed.
- These settings can be adjusted at any time and will save automatically.
