If you have one or more existing Vimeo accounts associated with your domain, our implementation team can help you consolidate them into your Vimeo Enterprise account. Which accounts can be migrated to my new Vimeo Enterprise accounts?
Account consolidations typically apply only to paid Vimeo accounts. Here’s how we determine which accounts will migrate:
- Your Implementation Manager will provide you with a list of Vimeo accounts associated with your organization's domain(s) so you can review and determine which accounts to consolidate.
- Vimeo will retain your original video IDs. This means that video links and embeds will continue to work post-migration.
- Our team will inform you of any videos that may be impacted by privacy hash enforcement, which impacts older embedded videos using the Unlisted privacy setting.
- After your approval, your Implementation Manager will complete the consolidation within two weeks.
Can my accounts be converted to Workspaces within an Enterprise Organization?
If you are interested in converting your existing Vimeo accounts into Workspaces under an Enterprise Organization account, contact your account manager for next steps.

What can I expect to see post-migration?
Here’s what you will see in your Enterprise account after the migration is completed:
- A new folder will be created in your destination Enterprise account for each source account.
- All folders from each source account will be copied as subfolders in the corresponding folder in the destination account.
- The account owner of each source account will be added as a Contributor to the corresponding folder in the destination account.
- All videos from each source account will be moved to the destination account and removed from the original source accounts..
- Your videos will retain their original ID, ensuring links and embeds remain active.
- Deleted or 0:00 duration videos will not be transferred to the Enterprise account
